The order form is an excel based spreadsheet and it contains a macro which sends the order form via email to us when you are done so when a pop up message shows up saying about the macro, don’t worry about it, its safe to open the page. The Order form is divided in three sections: food products, gear products and an invoice. On the invoice (check out page) don’t forget to put your travel dates, your name and email and the amount you want to pay using paypal.

There are two ways to complete the form, so choose the way which is simpler to you.

1. Online
   
If you have outlook express configured as your default email software just complete the form and once you are done filling the ‘check out’ page press the finish/send tab. A pop up will display that you are sending this information to us via email and ask you for permission. Please press yes.

2. Work of your hard drive
   
Once you open the order form, on the check out page, press the save to disk tab which will ask you where you want to save the file. You can work on the document and once you are done with it save your changes and attach it to a regular email and send to payments@baja-outfitters.com

Once we receive your order we will send an email back to you with a confirmation, approximate gear dimensions, map to the BOA base camp and the amount you need to pay via Paypal.
