Baja California as any other part of México has its own regional dishes and products. Has it ever happened to you that when you go to a Mexican supermarket you don’t know which products to choose, if they taste good, how reliable are the brands and so on?

Well we at BOA want to introduce you to the best possible products of the region by buying them and/or preparing them for you, that way you only worry about buying the regular products you can get anywhere in México or the USA.

We have selected a list of products for you to enjoy your vacations which include hand made flour tortillas, marinated carne asada, freshly made ceviche, cultivated mussels and oysters, fresh fish and farmers market produce. Please check the menu.

How to order

As with our gear you can order by going to our catalog page and pressing the food tab. Once there choose the products and the number of portions you want to acquire and an invoice will be generated automatically. Please fill in your name and email as well as your traveling dates and any special requests and send the file to us. For the food products, we require you to pay in advance using the PayPal service. Once we get your order we will send you a link to PayPal with the amount you require to pay.

Where do I pick up the food?

When you reach the BOA base camp we will be waiting for you with your food products packed and stored at the proper temperature.
